Production Time

Most Wow Glass pieces are handmade to order in my Eugene, Oregon studio.

Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Because each piece is individually flame-worked, the pipe you receive will closely resemble the photos shown, but slight variations in color and pattern make every piece unique.

Shipping

Orders are shipped securely via USPS Ground Advantage.

Typical U.S. delivery time is 3–5 business days after shipment.

All items are packaged carefully in a sturdy box and bubble wrapped to ensure safe arrival.

Return addresses are labeled discreetly.

International Orders

International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Delivery times vary by country but typically take 2–3 weeks.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unused items in original condition.
